Onchan MHK Julie Edge will ask a question regarding the plans for a new Castle Rushen High School in Tynwald this week.
Ms Edge will ask the Minister for Education, Sport and Culture Daphne Caine MHK what stage the procurement process has reached for the new school.
She also asks if the Education Minister will make a statement on the matter.
Costs of School
The Treasury Department Plan for 2025-26 showed that the total approved for the new CRHS Site Master Plan is £3,200,000.
With £45,000 having already been claimed.
Whilst QEII STEM Block has been allocated £280,000 and claimed £95,000.
The Plan revealed that the DESC projects at Castle Rushen and QE11 are likely to exceed £10 million.
