Police in the south of the Island are appealing for information after a collision.
It happened on St. Marks Road in Ballasalla at around 7:15am on Wednesday 7th February.
Officers said a cyclist and vehicle were involved in the collision.
Witnesses including the male driver of white high-sided panel van who assisted at the scene are being encouraged to come forward.
