Northern Ireland-based Scott Racing will field an expanded team at this year’s TT, with Manxman Joe Yeardsley and French rider Julien Cregniot competing across multiple classes.
Yeardsley, mentored by four-time TT winner Chris Palmer, will lead the team, riding an ex-Mike Browne Aprilia RSV4 in the Superbike, Senior, and Superstock races.
He will also campaign a Yamaha YZF-R6 in the Supersport events and an Aprilia in the Supertwin class, where he will be joined by Cregniot on a similar RS 660.
Injury
The 2023 Senior Manx Grand Prix winner made his TT debut last year, focusing on Supersport and Supertwin races. Despite a hand injury, he impressed with 12th and 16th-place finishes in the Supersport class, setting a personal best lap of 123.268mph.
“To be honest I have mixed feelings looking back on last year’s TT,” Yeardsley said. “A lack of track time both before the TT and during practice week meant I didn’t get as many laps as I would have liked, on top of the hand injury.”
In the Supertwin race, he secured an eighth-place finish with a fastest lap of 117.278mph.
“Never in a million years did I think I’d take a top ten finish in my first year at the TT, so I was over the moon with the result!”

Yeardsley acknowledged the challenge of stepping up to 1000cc machinery but remains focused on strong performances in the Supersport and Supertwin classes.
Meanwhile, Cregniot, 31, graduates to the TT after strong showings in the IRRC Supersport Championship and at last year’s Manx Grand Prix, where he took fourth in both the Junior and Senior races.
