Equiom has appointed Vicky Kinrade to the Board of Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited, strengthening the firm’s leadership as it enters its next phase of growth.
Kinrade becomes Executive Director, Private Wealth & Family Office, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in fiduciary services, governance and complex client structuring.
An experienced trustee and director, she works with high‑ and ultra‑high‑net‑worth families on succession planning, cross‑border wealth strategies and long‑term governance frameworks. She also advises on multi‑jurisdictional structures and key client relationships.

Kinrade’s background includes regulatory experience with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority and active involvement in the Island’s professional services community. She is a member of STEP and a Director of STEP Isle of Man.
Managing Director Nina Johnston said Kinrade brings “significant technical knowledge, regulatory insight and practical experience across private wealth and family office services,” adding that her appointment strengthens the leadership team and supports the firm’s director‑led service model.
Kinrade said she was delighted to join the Board and will focus on supporting colleagues and clients while enhancing Equiom’s private wealth and family office offering.
Equiom has operated in the Isle of Man for 48 years and continues to play a prominent role in the island’s financial services sector, with strong representation across professional bodies including CGI, the Institute of Directors and CISI.
