The Western Civic Amenity site has said it won’t stand for its staff being sworn at.
This follows an incident that has led to emails being sent to third parties making claims about the site.
In a post on Facebook, the site said: “The complainant, was abusive to staff last Thursday July 25 and when the staff member asked them to leave, he refused, so the police were threatened to be called, as the staff member got out of the machine the person left the site.”
It added that it will “will not accept foul language or abuse of staff from any site user”.
