The Steam Packet has unveiled a refreshed Ben‑My‑Chree following a major refurbishment aimed at improving comfort and reliability across the vessel.
The upgrade comes ahead of her return to full service later this month, when she begins operating the company’s Larne route year‑round from July 24.
The refit includes new reclining seats with USB charging, a dedicated Family Lounge, a new Executive Lounge and fully refreshed interior spaces.
Technical improvements have also been carried out to support efficient and reliable operations in the years ahead.
However, whilst the passenger lounges may have a new look, the vessel will no longer have passenger cabins, with the new seating and lounge layout forming the core of the onboard experience.
The company says it looks forward to welcoming customers back on board once the Ben‑My‑Chree resumes scheduled sailings later in July.
