Kerroo Brewing Company has launched a limited edition beer made from seaweed.
The foraged seaweed stout ‘Wave Sweeper’ is the company’s entry to the Manx Menu 2025 competition in the ‘Drink Product of the Year’ category.
Available on draught, the stout is created using sustainably gathered seaweed from Port Erin Bay.
With designs created by Kate Summerville Art, the brewery will be selling cans of the stout for its birthday in March.
