A burst water tank at Noble’s Hospital has led to the cancellation of all appointments in the Ophthalmology and Phlebotomy departments today.
Affected patients for the blood and eye clinics will be contacted directly.
Manx Care: “We will be contacting all affected patients today, and they will be rescheduled to the soonest possible appointments.”
While all appointments have been cancelled today, services are expected to resume tomorrow.
Those with concerns can contact MCALS on 01624 642642, though the hospital reassured patients, if your appointment is affected, you will be contacted directly.
Manx Care apologised for the disruption, saying: “Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue – we are working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.”
