Defending champions Peel head to Laxey this weekend with a chance to cut the gap to the sides at the top.
Peel have two games in hand over second placed miners and a win would bring them within six points.
Laxey go into the game fresh from a 2-9 win away at Foxdale last week and have already shown they can both grind out results and rack up big wins in the league.
Leaders Corinthians, who beat St Mary’s 1-0 last week, are packing their sarnies for the trip to Ramsey to face a side which has been rather Jekyll and Hyde so far this season but always have the air of a side who can beat anyone on their day.
Onchan meanwhile will be hoping to leapfrog their title rivals when they welcome Foxdale to the Nivison Stadium.
Around the rest of the top flight, St Mary’s host Union Mills, Rushen take the long trip to Ayre and Braddan head to St John’s.

The big game of the weekend comes at Castletown as they look to reclaim the spot from leaders Colby, the clash of the top two will probably go a long way to dictating where the league title is heading.
With no game for third place RYCOB, Pulrose will look to close the gap on the top two when they face D&D.
The other games see Governors head to Marown and St Georges host Malew.
