Isle of Man Post Office has announced upcoming changes to its counter services, required for regulatory compliance, which will affect how customers pay several major bills.
From April 1, payments for Manx Utilities, Manx Telecom, Isle of Man Energy, TV Licensing, Government Rates, or Fixed Penalty Notices will only be accepted at six designated counters.
They are in Douglas, Castletown, Ramsey, Peel, and Port Erin. Furthermore, these counters will only process payments where the total invoice value is £650 or less.
Customers with bills exceeding £650, or who prefer not to use a Post Office counter, are advised to contact their bill issuer for alternative payment methods.
All current payment arrangements remain in place until March 31.
