Chris Martin has won the by-election to fill the vacant seat on Ramsey Town Commissioners.
He joins the board representing the town’s South Ward.
During the campaign, he told Local Democracy Reporter Emma Draper that the main issues for residents are the opening of the re-use shed at the Northern Civic Amenity Site, rates and dog poo.
