Volunteers have been taking part in training on how to salvage items in the event of an emergency.
Civil Defence Isle of Man assists Manx National Heritage if any of their sites are damaged by fire, flood or collapse.
Training has been taking place at sites including House of Manannan, Castle Rushen and the Grove Museum.
Volunteers are trained in how to carry items safely and also record the items.
