The Manx Integrated Sexual Health Centre (‘MISH’) is offering opportunities for trans and non-binary individuals who would like to access sexual health support, but may be uncomfortable doing so during usual clinic hours.
The MISH Centre is a team of friendly Doctors and Nurses, who provide a free, confidential and non-judgemental service that offers screening for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), and contraception services.
You can refer yourself to our clinic – you do not need to be referred by a Doctor.
The team is now hosting a new clinic, Horizon, which is a ‘safe space’ specifically for trans and non-binary individuals to access sexual health support outside of general clinic (and which has been incorporated using existing resources).
Everyone is of course welcome at any time, but the Horizon clinics are intended to support those who otherwise might not feel confident accessing our service. The clinic is strictly confidential, and the Doctors and Nurses are fully supportive of the trans and non-binary community.
