The Manx Co-op will support this weekend’s Beach Buddies clean up in Ramsey by providing free food and refreshments for volunteers taking part tomorrow.
The hospitality has been organised by Jacquie Russo, the Co-op’s Member Activator for the Isle of Man, as a thank you to the charity for its ongoing work keeping the island’s coastline clean.
Volunteers will meet in the car park outside Ramsey Rugby Club, where refreshments will be served after the session.
Beach Buddies says it hopes for a strong turnout to show appreciation for the Co-op’s support.
The Co-op described the event as a way to recognise the efforts of the many volunteers who contribute to Beach Buddies’ work across the island.
