Coffee for Carers is returning to Central Laa Meanagh Day Centre for Older People later this month.
This third session will take place from 1:30pm on March 27 and is an opportunity for carers to network and find out what support is available for them.
Those who attend are invited to bring those that they care for along with them, as there will be colleagues on-hand to provide some respite.
Respite For Carers
Day Centres for Older People offer carers respite by providing a safe and stimulating space for individuals.
By doing this, carers get a well-needed break and service users are supported to stay in their own homes longer.
Refreshments will be provided, but the centre is asking those who wish to attend to RSVP.
