Compactor suffers malfunction at amenity site

The Northern Civic Amenity Site will remain closed today due to ‘technical problems’.

The site was forced to closed over the weekend due to full skips.

It confirmed the site’s compactor has suffered a malfunction.

The amenity site will remain shut to evaluate the situation and make alternative arrangements.
