The Isle of Man Constabulary have significantly reduced cordons at Close Drean in Ramsey where a 14-year-old boy died.
Police have confirmed that the roads at Close Drean and Close Ollay in Ramsey are now open.
A police presence will remain on the scene in the area whilst the constabulary continue its murder investigation.
