The roof of a shop located on Strand Street has been damaged by a group of young people.
Securikey IOM Ltd has captured on CCTV a group of people who appear to be throwing slates from the shop roof onto Strand Street.
The business is appealing for for information, and also to parents if their youngsters have returned home ‘covered in anti-vandal paint’.

The local business has forwarded the footage to the Isle of Man Constabulary.
It added that if those responsible are willing to pay for the damage caused to the roof, it will drop the investigation with the police.
The business claims this is not the first time this has happened, ‘but chucking slates down off the roof into stand street at people is no laughing matter’.
