The Annual General Meeting of Western AC saw the retirements of two of the club’s longest-serving officials.
Moira Hall and Rosie Morrison have stepped down from their respective roles as Chairperson and Secretary having been in the posts for many years.
The good news is that they will both still remain involved at committee level, helping to pass on their huge experience to the new post holders.

The contribution that Moira and Rosie have made to Western AC, and to athletics on the Isle of Man in general, is inestimable.
They have done so much to ensure that Western AC always shows a friendly face of the sport and are present at practically every event, making sure that everyone is welcome and well looked after.
They both frequently help other clubs with their events too.
