The Police say they are not treating the death of a man in Douglas Snooker Club as suspicious.
However, they are asking anyone who was in the club last Friday Afternoon to contact them if they have no already done so.
A Police spokesperson said: “At 6:15pm on Friday October 11, Police attended Douglas Snooker Club, Ballaquayle Road, Douglas in relation to the sudden death of a 54year old male.
“We can confirm the next of kin and Coroner of Inquest have been informed.
“Enquiries are ongoing but Police are not treating the death as suspicious at this time. If anyone was in the Snooker Club between 12pm and 6pm and has not already spoken to the Police, then can they contact Douglas Police Headquarters on 01624 631212 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
