Damage has been sustained to some sports equipment at Braddan Commissioners community facility, The Roundhouse.
The Roundhouse’s football net was damaged on Monday (December 8) evening after being thrown over a bin.
The facility said: “This equipment is here for everyone to enjoy, and was donated to us for use on the village green by the whole community.
“Let’s look after our shared spaces — they belong to all of us.”
After The Roundhouse shared the news of the damage, Douglas Royals Football Club coach, Ian Drake has donated a brand new net to The Roundhouse.
