FIM Capital has announced two senior promotions, appointing Sara Collister as Chief Operating Officer and Diane Cregreen as Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Sara joined the company in 2014 and rose through several leadership roles before joining the Board in 2023.
As COO, she will lead FIM’s digital transformation programme and support operational efficiency across investment and fund administration teams.
Senior Promotions
Diane, who previously worked with FIM between 2017 and 2021, returned in 2024 as Head of Compliance and Risk.
Her promotion expands her remit to include Governance, drawing on her extensive experience across financial services and her ICA and GRC qualifications.
CEO David Bushe said the promotions reflect FIM’s commitment to operational excellence and a strong compliance framework.
He highlighted Sara’s long-standing contribution to the business and noted the importance of robust governance ahead of this year’s MoneyVal visit, adding that Diane’s expertise will continue to strengthen the firm’s regulatory foundations.
