A new planning application has been submitted for the construction of four first-time buyer houses off Cherry Tree Drive in Crosby.
The application follows a previous one (PA 22/00475/B) which was refused at appeal.
The reasons for refusal centred on the first time buyer houses and the plans say that “this application seeks to deal with those objections”.
The development is proposed as affordable housing for another part of the estate.
In the application documents, it say: “All four houses are proposed as affordable first time buyer houses in conjunction with the application for a further 11 houses on the site adjacent.”
