Hooded Ram’s former brewery on Leigh Terrace in Douglas could be converted to a gym.
Sachi Ltd wants to take over the former brewery which closed its doors in 2020.
Its application says it could be used by up to 400 members and also have a takeaway food and juice counter.
The proposed opening hours are 6am to 9pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 8pm on Fridays, 8am to 2pm on Saturdays and 9am to 2pm on Sundays.
