Ellan Vannin Gymnastics Club has toasted the success of its gymnasts after a competition in the UK.
A group of 40 gymnasts, seven coaches and three judges travelled to Newcastle the other week for the Spooky Spectacular event.
They competed against over 400 participants from across the UK as “great ambassadors for the club and the island”.
The gymnasts won a total of 41 special judges’ awards, securing 13 top-six finishes on vault and bars, nine on beam, and seven on floor, alongside 10 all-around podium places.
Four gymnasts were singled out for the highest achievement, with Lucie Johnson, Edie Fee, Indi Curtis and Zarina Honeyman each winning gold.
