Families are invited to enjoy some frightful fun this half term with the Free Hop tu Naa Spooky Trail, running in Laxey from today.
Organised by Laxey Businesses in conjunction with Garff Commissioners, this free, family-themed event offers an exciting way to explore Laxey while keeping the kids entertained during the school holidays.
The trail takes participants on a spooky adventure around the village, following clues hidden in shop windows.

Answer sheets are available from any of the 24 participating businesses, and everyone who returns a completed sheet will receive a free gift as a reward for their detective work.
The Spooky Trail also ties in perfectly with the Great Laxey Mine Railway’s legendary ‘Spooky Trains’, which will be running on October 25 and 26.
“It’s a fun, free way to bring the community together and encourage families to explore our wonderful village,” said a spokesperson for Laxey Businesses.
“We’re thrilled to see so many local shops taking part and helping make half term a little more magical.”
