Southern 100 organisers say capacity issues at Noble’s Hospital have forced them to cancel tonight’s practice session.
This follows an incident earlier where two racers were taken to hospital after an incident at Ballakeighan.
After the session resumed and newcomers completed a couple of laps of the Billown Circuit, organisers then announced a further delay.
They have since said: “Due to the ongoing capacity issues at Nobles Hospital we have been left with no choice but to cancel the practice session this evening. The roads open car will leave the Castletown Bypass shortly.”
