Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper has asked Treasury to set out how many empty buildings and sites have been returned to use as a result of government action.
In a written question for Minister Chris Thomas, Hooper is seeking a full list of the properties involved and an accompanying statement explaining the progress made.
The query forms part of ongoing scrutiny of how effectively government is managing unused public‑sector assets and encouraging redevelopment of vacant sites.
