More than 570 young people attended the 2026 Young Adult & Graduate Fair, where 64 businesses and 32 panellists showcased career opportunities across the island.
Now in its sixth year, the event, organised by Locate Isle of Man, continues to play a central role in efforts to attract and retain graduates and young professionals.
Held at the Villa Marina for a second year, the 2026 fair also expanded its reach, with 20 attendees travelling from the UK specifically to take part.
Graduate Fair
Ann Corlett MHK said the fair supports the Island Plan’s ambition to help businesses fill roles and encourage young people to build their futures on the island.
As part of Locate’s wider University Attraction Programme, the team has attended six UK university fairs since September 2024, engaging with over 700 students and securing more than 300 new newsletter subscribers.
Headline sponsor Zurich praised the event’s strong engagement, while Hospice Isle of Man raised £500 through on‑site catering.
