International Financial Group Limited has appointed Jennie Gilbert as its new Head of People Services.
Gilbert brings more than 20 years’ experience in people leadership and employee relations.
IFGL says she will build on existing foundations within its People Services function and support colleagues throughout their careers with the Group.
Chief People and Culture Officer Helen Thornton said Gilbert combines “strategic thinking with genuine warmth and empathy”, adding that she will play an important role in developing colleague experience and supporting IFGL’s wider business strategy.
Gilbert said she was excited to join an organisation with a “clear commitment to people and values”, and looks forward to working with teams across the business.
Her appointment took effect on July 1.
