The Chief Minister will be asked what assessments have been carried out since November 2022 on the impact of increasing the island’s population to 100,000.
MHK for Arbory, Castletown and Malew Jason Moorhouse will ask the Alfred Cannan MHK the question in Tuesday’s (February 17) Tynwald sitting.
Moorhouse’s question specifically seeks details on how population growth could affect the island’s schools and health service.
His question highlights ongoing concerns about whether public services have the capacity to meet future demand.
