Husband and wife duo Andy and Clara Issac have both just completed the Warsaw 70.3 in unbelievable style.
Clara qualified for the Ironman World Championships at her second go at the half distance event.
She has been working hard the last 12 months to go sub 5 hours, but smashed her goal by 24 minutes faster than planned, with a time of 4hrs 36mins.

Clara said: “I was allocated a World Champs slot which I was not expecting, did not plan for, and do not feel ready for!
“So soon into my triathlon I have a lot more to improve on and give. So politely turning down in favour of finishing my season in September as planned, to rest, recharge and refocus for 2026.”
Her husband Andy nearly scratched the sub 4 hours time with a 4.03, and was the first out of the swim element of the competition.
The pair will head to the Island Games in two weeks time.
