Janine Shimmin has announced she will stand as a candidate for Ramsey in the Isle of Man’s General Election.
Shimmin, who is Manx, said she has been “shocked, astounded and disappointed” by a number of government decisions over the past five years and is standing to “make a change for Ramsey and the Isle of Man.”
Standing in Ramsey is sitting MHK Lawrie Hooper, along with Juan McGuinness and Robert Cowell.
