Chris Thomas and Kirrie Jenkins are the two candidates for Chief Minister.
The House of Keys will vote for their choice of Chief Minister on October 13.
Earlier this morning Onchan MHK Rob Callister pulled out from the race, however he could come back into it if neither candidate gains enough voted.
The new Chief Minister will then be formally appointed by the Lieutenant Governor.
More to follow.
