An Isle of Man built recruitment platform has been shortlisted for a major international award recognising innovation in the global job advertising industry.
Jobsearch.im has been named a finalist in the “Outstanding Impact in a Niche Market – Developing Platform (Founded 2017 onwards)” category at the 2026 Digital Job Advertising Excellence (DJAx) Awards.
The awards celebrate innovation and excellence across the job advertising sector, highlighting companies developing new ways for employers and candidates to connect.
Jobsearch.im now finds itself alongside leading recruitment technology providers from around the world.

Founded to tackle the challenges of hiring in smaller economies, the platform focuses on helping local employers connect directly with candidates while simplifying the recruitment process.
Co‑founder Guy Wood said the nomination shows the island’s tech sector can compete internationally.
He said: “Being recognised by the DJAx Awards is a huge moment for us. We started Jobsearch to solve a problem we could see locally – helping employers and job seekers connect more easily in a smaller island economy.
“To now be recognised alongside global platforms shows that innovation can absolutely come from the Isle of Man. We’re proud to be building technology here that is not only helping our local economy, but has the potential to support other island communities around the world.”
The platform has continued to evolve since launch, with further developments planned as the business prepares for its next stage of growth.
Winners of the 2026 DJAx Awards will be announced later this year.
