A signed Diogo Jota shirt has raised almost £2,000 for Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation.
Liverpool player Jota died over the summer at the age of just 28 after a car crash in Spain.
As with other signed football shirts the charity raffles, entries were offered for £10 a ticket.
Ahead of the raffle, Paul Healey said: “We thought long and hard about this but what better way to celebrate the life of Liverpool’s Premier League winner Diogo Jota than to raise some funds for charity.”
As it went, the number of tickets sold out in rapid time, with almost £2,000 raised and Will Coulter having the winning number.
