Expressions of interest are being sought for the lease of a wooden kiosk on Shore Road right next to Port Erin Beach.
The shed has been made available by Port Erin Commissioners.
It said the shed may be of interest to businesses wishing to operate a food, beach, water activities or seaside related offering.
Any proposals submitted may be subject to suitable planning consent and any other operating requirements for businesses of that nature.
The kiosks are 10′ x 8′ and have power and water, which are chargeable, but are not connected to drainage.
The lease is for a term of two years commencing April 1 2026. A summer rental rate applies between April and September, with a winter rate from October to March.
