Patients attending the A&E department at Noble’s Hospital have reported long waiting times.
Manx Care confirmed it’s currently experiencing high demand due to the numbers of patients who need to be admitted.
The health care operator is asking people seeking treatment for a minor illness or injury use the Ramsey Minor Injuries Unit or speak to a local pharmacist.
People who require emergency treatment, please continue to use the Emergency Department or ring 999 if you need urgent help from the Ambulance Service.
