The “biggest spring tide of the year” has resulted in today’s Liverpool sailing being brought forward.
Due to the conditions the tide will bring, Manannan will sail to Liverpool at 1:30pm instead of 3pm.
She is then due to return from Merseyside at 6pm instead of 7:15pm.
Last night saw delays to the Liverpool to Douglas sailing due to tidal conditions in the Mersey.
Manxman is also being affected by tides, with the flagship now due to leave Heysham at 6pm, she will then sail to Heysham at 10:30pm and return from Lancashire overnight at 4:30am.
