Three new Social Workers have joined Manx Care’s Children and Families Division after successfully graduating from the organisation’s ‘Grow Your Own’ training scheme.
The programme enables employed staff to train and qualify as registered Social Workers while gaining practical experience within Manx Care’s services.
The graduates will now take up permanent roles within the division.
A Manx Care post said: “We’re thrilled to announce that three of our colleagues have graduated as Social Workers after completing Manx Care’s ‘Grow Your Own’ social work scheme.
“This fantastic programme supports talented individuals to train and qualify while working within our services.
“We’re proud to see them join our Children and Families Division, where they’ll make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families across the Isle of Man.
