MDC’s KPIs Will be Made Public

Updated Key Performance Indicators for the Manx Development Corporation will be published following a review of the current Shareholder Agreement.

Treasury Minister Dr Alex Allinson confirmed this in a response to a question from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper, who asked whether the KPIs referenced in Clause 8.6 of the agreement would be made public.

Dr Allinson said: “On-going work is taking place between MDC and the Treasury, as Shareholder, to review both the current Shareholder Agreement and KPI’s to ensure they are appropriate to the business as it moves forward.

“These updated KPI’s will be shared in due course.”

Projects

Regarding specific developments, the Minister clarified that KPIs for individual projects would be published after their completion. 

“For the Former Nurses Home (Thie Clag) development, the KPI’s will be published in the annual statutory accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 once these have been audited and signed,” he said.

An update on MDC’s activities was also included in the Directors Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending March 31 2024 (GD 2024/0129), which was laid before Tynwald in December 2024.
