Meta Lounge’s Ibiza-style pop-up bar could be returning to Peel this summer.
Meta Events Ltd has applied for planning permission for a change of use of former swimming pool at Marine Parade into the temporary bar.
If approved, it will open from May 15 to September.
Peel Commissioners has provided a letter to planners saying it “unanimously” supports the bar’s return.
The pop-up venue would open Thursday to Sunday. Thur & Fri 5pm – 10:30pm / Sat & Sun and Bank holidays 1.30pm – 10.30pm. A music curfew will be in place with no music to be played after 10:15pm
