The Police have reopened the Mountain Road after snow closed it last night.
It was shut last night as snow blanketed the island’s hilltops.
This morning the Police said that following work by the Department of Infrastructure, the road has been opened.
A post said: ‘Please drive to a standard where we don’t have to close the road again. It’s up to you now! There may be slow moving traffic on the road such as gritters so take your time.’
