The Department of Infrastructure (DoI) have helped out horse riders by putting mounting blocks on the Heritage Trail.
Following feedback from the BHS Isle of Man and its committee, the mounting blocks have been placed on both sides of the railway bridge at St John’s.
This will allow riders to safely dismount and remount to lead their horses over the bridge if they are a little nervous about crossing it.
