Nedbank Private Wealth has once more secured a place on The Sunday Times list of the UK’s Best Places to Work, recognised in the Big Organisation category for 2026.
The boutique wealth manager, which employs more than 300 people across the Isle of Man, UK, Jersey and Dubai, first appeared on the list in 2005.
Its continued inclusion reflects what the company describes as a long-term commitment to building a high‑performing, people‑centred culture.
The annual list, produced in partnership with employee experience platform WorkL, highlights over 500 organisations leading the way in creating supportive, inclusive and engaging workplaces. Nedbank Private Wealth scored strongly across WorkL’s measures, including wellbeing, empowerment, recognition and job satisfaction.
CEO Stuart Cummins said the recognition “speaks not just to what we’ve built over time, but how together, we continue to evolve as an organisation,” adding that supporting people to “do their best work” remains central to the bank’s success.
Executive Head of HR Rachel Quirk said the company’s culture is “actively shaped every day,” noting ongoing investment in tools, flexibility and support to help staff thrive professionally and personally.
