Cherry Godfrey has appointed respected Guernsey property professional Stuart Leslie as its new Head of Residential Sales.
Mr Leslie, widely regarded as one of the island’s leading residential market figures, brings more than a decade of experience advising on major Local and Open Market transactions.
Cherry Godfrey said his arrival strengthens its ambition to build a fully integrated, market‑leading property service combining sales, lettings, management, mortgages, insurance and financial services under one brand.
He joins the business at what the company describes as a pivotal stage in its growth. Cherry Godfrey said his market knowledge, client relationships and understanding of Guernsey’s property landscape will support the next phase of development.
Mr Leslie said he was attracted by the opportunity to help shape a business “still writing its next chapter”, adding that the company’s strong foundations and ambition made the role compelling. “We’re building something different: a genuinely joined‑up proposition where clients can access expert support across every stage of their property journey,” he said.
