Strong south-easterly winds on Saturday will lead to slight overtopping around the periods of the high tides tomorrow.

It will most affect the western end of Shore Road (Rushen), central and northern parts of Douglas promenade, Castletown prom, Laxey and Ramsey promenades and briefly to a lesser extent at the southern end of Douglas prom.

The warning is in place from 9:30am Saturday until 2am on Sunday, but most it is most likely around 11:30am 11:55pm.

The risk for Sunday is currently considered to be below thresholds for a warning.
