Richard Copisarow has submitted plans to run a bakery from a unit in the Balthane Industrial Estate.
His application (24/91052/B) includes plans for windows, vents and a mezzanine level for use as a commercial outfit.
The application’s supporting documents say that Mr Copisarow would be running the bakery by himself and, in theory, could bake at any time of day.
The plans do not include a proposal for a retail outlet.
