The Police are appealing for the driver of pickup which helped stuck cars at the Point of Ayre to contact them.
Officers are currently dealing with an incident that had occurred there in the early hours of August 17.
The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Officers are hoping to locate a male who was assisting stuck vehicles in the sand by towing them out of the sand. It is believe that this male was in a pickup style vehicle.
“Officers would like to reassure this male is not under investigation but Northern Officers would like to speak with him as he may have further information in relation to an ongoing investigation. Police Reference: 97/5327/24.”
