Police have advised the public that planned training exercises will be taking place over the next two days, mainly in the north of the island.
The activity forms part of the force’s national training programme and is not linked to any ongoing incident.
Residents may notice an increased police presence, including officers on open roads and additional vehicles using blue lights.
The Constabulary says all activity is pre‑planned and there is no cause for concern.
